Terms of Service

One account per person. You may hold exactly one ViberDen account. Additional accounts held by the same person (under a second address, a second payment method, or any other arrangement) are a breach of these terms, and every account involved may be suspended. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password to yourself.

You must confirm your email address before you can sign in. We may refuse registration, and we may suspend or close an account, where these terms or the fraud rules below are broken.

Credits are a feature of the platform. They are the unit in which the exchange measures the traffic you have earned and the traffic you may spend.

• Credits have no monetary value. They are not money, not a deposit, not e-money, and not a security. They are not redeemable for cash, and they cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to anybody else.
• Purchased credits do not expire for as long as the service operates. Credits you bought stay in your balance until you spend them or have them refunded under the refund policy.
• Bonus credits expire 90 days after they are granted. Bonus credits are the ones we give away: the signup bonus and referral rewards. Unspent bonus credits are removed from your balance when that period ends, and expiry is never refundable, because nothing was paid for them.
• Earned credits are the ones your sites earn by showing ads. They become spendable once the fraud checks below have cleared. They are yours to spend on the exchange, and they are never refundable for money, because no money was paid for them.

Credits are spent purchased-first: when you spend, the purchased balance is drawn down before the earned balance, and the earned balance before the bonus balance. That order is what makes the refund policy's arithmetic predictable.

If ViberDen is discontinued, every credit balance is void and no compensation is payable. Credits are not a claim on us. They are a feature of a service that may one day stop, and when it stops the feature stops with it. Where we choose to close the service deliberately we will give notice by email and, where the law requires it, refund purchases still inside the refund window described in the refund policy. Nothing beyond that is owed.

You may add a site to the exchange only if you own it or are authorised to place code on it. You must prove control of the domain before it can serve, and we re-check that proof periodically; a site whose proof disappears stops earning until it is proven again. You must not alter, hide, stack, or auto-click the ad units, and you must not place them on pages carrying illegal material, malware, or content that would make an advertiser's brand liable.

Ads are reviewed before they are served. We may reject or pause any ad, and what it links to must match what it claims. Publishers may block individual advertisers from their own inventory. Approval of an ad is not an endorsement of it, and we do not guarantee any volume, placement, conversion rate, or result from spending credits.

The exchange only works while the traffic in it is real. Earnings are checked before they can be spent, and the checks have teeth:

• Holds. Credits earned from clicks are held while they are checked, and are released to your spendable balance once they clear. Where activity looks manufactured, the earnings from it are held for review instead of being released.
• Forfeiture. Credits earned from traffic we determine to be fraudulent (self-clicking, automated traffic, incentivised or hidden placements, traffic from hosting networks pretending to be visitors) are forfeited. Forfeited credits are removed from the balance and are not reinstated.
• Suspension. Accounts responsible for that traffic may be suspended or closed. Purchased credits in a closed account remain refundable only to the extent the refund policy already allowed.

We make these determinations ourselves, on the evidence the platform records. If you think a decision was wrong, write to us and we will look again.

Credit packs and subscriptions are sold through our payment provider, who handles the transaction and holds the card details. Prices are shown before purchase and are payable in the currency displayed. Taxes are added where they apply. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: your sites and ads stop serving, your remaining credit balance is void, and your personal data is erased as described in the privacy policy. Deleting an account does not entitle you to a refund beyond what the refund policy already allows.

The service is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law permits, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost traffic, or lost credits.

We may change these terms. Material changes are announced by email to the address on your account before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance of the new terms.
